TICKET DELIVERY:
Tickets are accessible via the Ticketek App only. Barcodes will be unlocked closer to the event day. Once barcodes are unlocked you will be able to share tickets and add tickets to your phone wallet.
ACCESSIBLE TICKETS
Dedicated Mobility Platforms will be in place at the back of the field and on the Terraces. To purchase tickets for this location please call the Ticketek Customer Solutions team on 04 384 3840. Each customer with mobility requirements can be accompanied by one companion on the platform.
ALL AGES EVENT
This event is all ages, with the following conditions:
- Children aged 14 and under must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times, and have purchased a valid ticket.
- Children aged 12 months and under do not require a ticket and should remain with their guardian at all times. Guardians with children 12 months and under are permitted in the GA Terraces, GA Embankment or Booths areas only.
- All other patrons, regardless of age, require a valid purchased ticket.
- Children aged 14 and under are not permitted on the standing floor without an adult (18+)
Please note:
- Venue and event restrictions around prams and bag sizes still apply.
- Ear protection is strongly advised for infants.
- Sightlines may be affected by other patrons standing
